How do I reset my password?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email. You'll be able to set a new password immediately.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

Log into your account and go to Settings. Click on "Subscription" to view available plans and upgrade your account.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer a Pass Guarantee?

Yes — all Pro plans include our Pass Guarantee. To qualify: be on an active Pro plan for at least 14 days, study on 14+ active days, pass a full-length adaptive simulator, and reach 75+ questions and 60%+ accuracy in every NREMT domain.
